To haggis or not to haggis: that is the question. Actually NO. The quintessential Scottish experience is the deep fried Mars Bar. Eight hundred years ago, the hot-tempered race from up North may have wrapped foodstuffs in sheeps’ stomach, but now the favored guise is tempura batter. Such is the global atmo.
